The Santa Barbara
Estate is comprised of 860 acres of and two wet mills. It enjoys
a microclimate generated by a mixture of high altitude with warm
breezes that climb up the mountain from the Cauca river valley at
the bottom of the ridge. This region also benefits from fertile
soils, which are rich in volcanic ash. The Santa Barbara Estate
grows the coffee, processes the coffee and sees it all the way to
the port making sure the quality of coffee is excellent and the
workers are treated fair.
Cupping notes: Caramel sweetness, balanced, juicy, milk
chocolate finish. This coffee possesses the classic flavor of a
good coffee.
